- Age 18+. On some events we will be serving alcoholic drinks
- Must hold a driving licence and have a reliable car. You will be attending events around Kent, East Sussex and occasionally London.
- Must have Food Hygiene Lv2 minimum and strong attention to detail while working in a kitchen that caters to guests with allergies/coeliac disease.
- Must be hardworking, detail-focussed, punctual, communicate well with other staff/our customers, and be prepared for a manual job.
This role includes assisting in the set-up and pack down of our street food gazebo, cooking delicious Mexican food and presenting it to a high standard, shaking up delicious Margarita Cocktails, and serving customers with enthusiasm (taking orders, payments, answering customer queries throughout a typical trading day).
